Decals & painting solutions

DRY RUB-ON TRANSFER ( DRT )

On top of clear coating

OPERATION PROCESS

Clean the surface of the clear coating finish rim
Remove backing paper  & place decals onto the rim
Smooth it down with fingers ( better wearing a silk glove)
Tear off the carrier tape along with the surface of decals gently
Press the decals again especially around the edge

STANDARD WATER TRANSFER DECAL

Applied before clear coating

OPERATION PROCESS

Paint base oil coating on raw finish rims
Heat the rim at 80 degree for 40 minutes to 40% harden the coating oil
Lightly sand the rim surface smoothly by 1000# sand paper
Put decals into water & Transfer the decals onto the rim
Wait 120 minutes for the decal to transfer onto the rim
Paint finish oil coating to make matte or glossy finish
Heat the rim again at 80 degree for 120 minutes to completely harden the coating oil

Wheel Building

 

Spoke lacing

Check the rim finish before lacing spokes
Choose correct spokes & hubs
Lace the spokes in correct angle and style
Use YISHUNBIKE electric tools to initially tighten the nipples

Spoke Tightening

Install the wheel into YISHUNBIKE truing stand
Use YISHUNBIKE special tools to tighten the nipples
Make sure the roundness & flatness within 0.3mm
Send the firstly finished wheel for tension release
It would take around 70 minutes of our professional
wheel builders to complete one set wheels

Tension Release

Install the wheel into YISHUNBIKE tension release machine
Release the spoke tension at a certain pressure
Re-tighten and re-accurate the wheel tolerance
Release the spoke tension at a certain pressure again
Re-tighten and re-accurate the wheel tolerance
Release the spoke tension at a certain pressure again
To complete a wheel, it will need three times of tension releasing

Wheel truer

Install the complete wheel into Holland Mechanics Pro Wheel Truer
This mechine will read the actual flatness & roundness & center alignment
With a DT swiss spoke tension connected to the machine,
it will also read the actual spoke tension of each spoke
