Usually, YISHUNBIKE has a very strict and careful product quality control system to make sure the finished products are without manufacturing flaws or defects. Our people take photos&videos and add the barcodes to record the finished products before shipping.
In the case of our workers’ mistake or negligence, making the received products with visible manufacturing flaws, pls contact us for returning without any extra charges.
To submit an issue, pls send us the original order number, and pictures of the flaws, and the product serial numbers within 7 days after delivery. Returns will be arranged to ship or pick up to our nearest warehouse in Europe or the USA or China.
Reshipment will be arranged in 5-10days after receiving the returns. For this, all shipping costs for returning and reshipment are on the YISHUNBIKE side. For a nonquality issued return or refund within 15 days after delivery, buyers will be afforded the painting cost,
shipping cost, bank fee, and customs duties, and all other related costs.

Shipping insurance is added to every shipment in case of package missing or damage during shipping time.
Before sign the shipment, pls check the quantity and packages carefully with the packing list.
If any item is missing, or any damage is visible on the package. pls take the photos&videos as the proofs and put a complaint to the shipping company directly.
If the damage is unacceptable, pls refuse to sign the shipment. The shipping company will return the shipment directly to YISHUNBIKE. We will arrange a new shipment for you within 10 workdays after received confirmation from the shipping company.
Or a necessary refund would be made asap to the buyers.

2 years of limited quality warranty
YISHUNBIKE is a responsible and reliable company.
Basing on our confidence in the technologies and strict QC system, we take full responsibility for any defects of bike carbon rims/wheels/frames in material or workmanship for 2 years from the date when the shipment is signed.
If YISHUNBIKE determines the product to be defective, we will either repair or replace the product at YISHUNBIKE’s discretion.
This warranty does not cover the defects or damage caused by negligence, accidents, abusage, incorrect installation, modifications, normal wear and tear, improper assembly, maintenance, or any other fractious reasons.
These are not manufacturing defects.
Cosmetic issues such as decals and paint are excluded from this warranty.
This warranty does not apply to parts that are not manufactured by YISHUNBIKE (ex. hubs, spokes, nipples). For an issue related to these parts, the manufacturer of those parts must be consulted.
Claim list, Original invoices, shipping bills, and pictures of the defects and product serial numbers are required for a warranty claim. Please keep the original invoices and shipping bills of purchases for any future warranty claims.
Regular customers could send claims every 3 months.
