Rim brake wheels are the classic road wheels which brakes on the rims directly. These wheels request a very good and high resistant braking performance, especially when decending in long time and braking in wet conditions. YISHUNBIKE Carbon rim brake bike wheels use a new carbon fiber with high temperature resin formula to resist the high temperature braking. The braking failure is less than 0.5%.
Currently YISHUNBIKE produce four series of rim brake wheels, including 180SP series, 240SP series, 350SP series, 406JB series, to meet different riders’ demands. All wheels are 100% handbuilt by well-trained technicians and trued under EN standard with wheel accuracy within 0.3mm.

Why do we produce carbon rim brake wheels?
YISHUNBIKE start selling and producing carbon bike wheels since 2008.
Rim brake bikes are the lightest road bikes which give lots of speed and performance to riders. Until now, although rim brake bikes are not as popular as before, still many certain groups of riders have great demands on these bikes, especially the top pro riders or the entry level riders for daily ride. It’s also known that in South Africa, the demands for rim brake wheels are more than disc brake wheels, because of the difficult access of groupsets during covid.
