What mtb rims do we supply now?
We have carbon rims for XC, Trail, AM, Enduro, DH, FAT and ebikes, the series are ASD, RSD, WSD, MBD and FATBIKE. The ASD series is for asymmetric carbon fiber rims with Nano Graphene. RSD series is for symmetric mtb bicycle rims with heavier stronger designs for XC, Trail, AM, EN, DH and E bike. FAT series fat bike carbon rims are designed for 4-season cycling with 26er and 27.5er sizes. WSD series is water drop designed carbon rims, MBD930XC is arch bridge carbon rim only, both WSD and MBD series are new offset XC and Trail bicycle rims 2022.
What kind of Finish do you want on your mtb carbon rims?
We are a manufacturer of carbon rims, now we produce carbon rims with UD, 3K, 12K, and Satin UnidirectionalCarbon fiber. All UD, 3K, and 12K are the specified carbon weave pattern. 3K means there are 3,000 filaments per “tow”, 12K means 12,000 filaments and UD means unidirectional (no pattern). Satin Unidirectional Carbon finish is UD weave pattern with a free painting process, which is friendly to the environment, now more and more brands are using Satin Unidirectional carbon rims to end consumers. As for physical properties, UD is the strongest, then 12K, and the last is 3K.
